THE IDEA
Doliba is situated between the hills and the river Lika. Doliba complex consists of three buildings; doliba as an apartment measuring approximately 120 m2, with separate two units with large barbecue and Finnish sauna with auxiliary facility; spread over about 1300 m2 plot. On that infield there is also a wooden playground for children.

The wooden cottage
Doliba is built of solid pine logs combined with old brick and wrought iron elements.
Simple and artistically decorated providing a space where you will feel completely natural and that will inspire you to relax and rest.
On the ground floor there is an open entrance hall connected to the living room with fireplace, lounge area (which can be turned into a double bed) and a comfortable sofa swing, a kitchen with large work surface – the bar and dining area with a table for 8 people. From the dining room there is an entrance to a spacious covered terrace which is opened to the sun throughout the day. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.
Top floor consists of three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (160 cm wide) and one bunk bed (80 cm wide). There is also a second bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower.
In Doliba there is:
Barbecue and sauna
Barbecue is outdoor, fully covered, built over with 300 years old brick. Equipped with a skewer with electric motor, “ Peka” ( baking pan) for 4-10 people, and a barbecue and good vibe that only old homes in mountain regions have.
As part of the facility, there is a Finnish sauna, size 3 m2, a place to invigorate the mind and body.
Auxiliary facility
Auxiliary facility, built of stone, serves as a handy tool shed and wood, and will serve as a repository of your bikes or kayaks.
A note:
The hut is primarily heated by a wood fireplace with a large firebox. Power IR panels serve as auxiliary heating.
To reach Doliba, there is 50 m of landscaped gravelly road, not cleaned of snow during the winter season.
