Terms and conditions
The price includes expenses: electricity, water, wood for heating, tourist tax, final cleaning and use of towels and bed linen.
Payment on account; 20% deposit is paid when booking appointment, the remaining amount will be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation of the arrival of funds paid will not be returned.
Guests on arrival pay a deposit of € 200 as a guarantee for any damage that can happen during their stay. If there is no damage deposit will be returned in full.
Check-in: 16:00, Check-out: 11:00 am.
